Cost
The cost of the CIE online course is $850. A discount of $125 is offered to members of the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA). Online Training Details
After registering and paying on our website, you will be e-mailed a unique PIN number. If you do not receive the e-mail in your inbox, please check your junk or bulk folder. Upon registration, you will be able to access the online training from
http://training.emsltraining.com. You will be asked to enter in your email address and PIN number to log in.
The online training access is for one person only. Multiple students must not access the training. The IP address of the computer accessing the online class is recorded and any irregular activity may result in your course being canceled.
You will have access to the training material for 100 days from your registration date.
Examination
Registering for this course does not automatically make you certified, although you will receive a certificate of completion documenting your attendance. To become certified, you must qualify and take an examination through the American Council for Accredited Certifications (ACAC) at one of their nation-wide testing centers. This class is approved for Florida Mold Licensing continuing education (Course #70, Provider #5522). It meets all the requirements, including: 6 hours of water/moisture intrusion, 4 hours of mold and mold safety, 2 hours of report writing and 2 hours of standards of practice.
